Job summary

Azelis Holding S.A. is seeking a Technical Sales Representative for Pennsylvania and Western New York.

The role involves calling on existing and prospective customers, delivering technical solutions, and growing the territory’s sales and profitability while maintaining strong relationships with key accounts. You will develop product knowledge, participate in strategy development with the VP of Sales, and coordinate with suppliers to introduce new products and optimize pricing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of field sales experience
• Industry experience preferred
• Demonstrated ability to work as a team member
• High moral and business ethics orientation

Responsibilities

• Contact and call on existing and potential customers in assigned territory to sell and service products and services
• Identify and exploit profitable sales opportunities to improve sales efficiency
• Develop product knowledge by reading product data sheets and act as a problem solver for customers
• Establish relationships with key accounts and maintain continuity to ensure recurring business
• Prepare written sales reports highlighting highlights of calls, pricing changes, usage rates and new development projects
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales volume and market share
• Schedule joint sales calls with supplier personnel to introduce new products and discuss existing ones
• Provide pricing proposals for non-standard pricing and capture them for management approval
• Log and update opportunities promptly and develop short and long term strategic sales plans
• Attend major trade shows and participate in industry associations
