Job summary

Rish Digital Services is seeking a results-driven sales professional to handle UK customer calls, convert inquiries into sales, and upsell paid services. You will understand requirements, identify opportunities, explain pricing and benefits, and follow up to maximize conversions.

The role rewards a strong close, objection handling, and the ability to work from home, Monday to Friday with weekends off. Experience with TeamViewer remote access is mandatory and English fluency is essential for UK

Qualifications

• Experience in Technical Sales / International Sales with UK process preferred.
• Experience handling printer-related calls is a strong advantage.
• Hands-on knowledge of TeamViewer and remote access of customer devices is mandatory.
• Strong sales closing and objection-handling skills.
• Excellent spoken English with confidence in handling UK customers.
• Experience converting technical/support calls into sales is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle UK customer calls related to printer queries and convert potential customers into sales.
• Understand customer requirements, identify sales opportunities, and recommend suitable paid services.
• Drive conversions through effective communication, objection handling, upselling, and closing.
• Clearly explain service plans, pricing, and benefits to customers.
• Follow up with potential customers to maximize conversions.
• Achieve individual daily and monthly sales targets.
