Job summary

Remote Recruitment is hiring for a UK client as a Client Services Administrator, working remotely from South Africa during UK business hours. You will own day-to-day client communications, paperwork and follow-up from start to finish.

Responsibilities include responding to client emails and calls, setting up and maintaining client records in the CRM, preparing documents, quotes and renewals, coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues, and tracking requests so nothing is left waiting.

Qualifications

• Experience in a client facing admin or account support role.
