Qualifications

• Experience with logs, metrics, IT operations and security.
• Strong background in pre-sales or solution engineering.
• Demonstrated strength as a customer relationship builder.
• Experience working across multiple industry verticals.
• Familiarity with MEDDPICC and Command of the Message sales methodologies.
• Residence in the UK and fluent written and spoken English.
• Prior experience working remotely.

Responsibilities

• Help customers understand product value during the sales process and map capabilities to business problems.
• Own customer technical engagement and relationships throughout the deal cycle.
• Deliver technical validation through whiteboarding sessions, demonstrations, and POVs.
• Document notable use cases in blog posts and product documentation.
• Travel up to 30% in support of customer and prospect engagements.
