Job summary

Rish Digital Services is seeking a results-driven sales professional to handle UK-based opportunities from a remote setup. You will understand customer needs, propose technical service plans and close deals while navigating pricing and feature explanations.

TeamViewer will be used for remote access when needed, and you will follow up with prospects to maximize conversions. The role emphasizes closing, achieving revenue targets, and working in a performance-driven environment with home-based

Qualifications

• Previous experience in International Technical Sales / UK Process is preferred.
• Strong experience in sales closing, objection handling and customer conversion.
• Excellent spoken English and confidence in communicating with UK customers.
• Hands-on knowledge of TeamViewer and experience taking remote access is mandatory.
• Experience handling printer-related technical/sales calls will be a strong advantage.
• Experience converting technical or support calls into paid sales is highly preferred.
• Target-oriented and comfortable working in a performance-driven sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle UK customer calls and convert qualified opportunities into sales.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate technical service plans.
• Drive revenue through effective sales pitching, objection handling, upselling and closing.
• Clearly explain service features, pricing and benefits to customers.
• Use TeamViewer for remote access when required during customer interactions.
• Follow up with prospective customers and maximize conversion opportunities.
• Achieve individual sales, conversion and revenue targets.
