Job summary

Remote Recruitment is hiring an Appointment Setter for a UK based employer, fully remote from South Africa. You will own the sales team’s diary, booking qualified appointments by phone.

Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads, qualify prospects with a short set of questions, and log every call in the CRM. Work UK hours, 09:00-17:00 UK time, Monday to Friday. Clear, confident spoken English and reliable home internet are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months in outbound calling or telesales.
• Comfort making a high volume of calls each day.
• Experience with a CRM or dialer.
• Clear, confident spoken English.
• Reliable home internet and a headset.
• UK B2B or B2C calling experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads.
• Qualify prospects with a short set of questions.
• Book appointments into the sales team’s calendars.
• Send confirmations and reminders to reduce no shows.
• Log every call and outcome in the CRM.
• Work UK hours, 09:00-17:00 UK time, Monday to Friday.
