Job summary
Leybold USA Inc. is seeking a Virtual Sales Engineer to be the single point of contact for customers, driving sales in open territories and re-engaging lapsed accounts.
The role reports to the Customer Success/Virtual Sales Manager and supports both sales and technical teams. This position offers a remote-first setup with a hybrid option after training, inclusive culture, and robust benefits; the successful candidate will cultivate relationships, deliver quotes, and promote Leybold service
Qualifications
- 1–3 years in technical sales, business development, or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a technical discipline.
- Experience with vacuum equipment or technical product sales is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM applications.
Responsibilities
- Act as liaison for customers in pre- and post-sale activities.
- Lead designated territory, re-engage lapsed service customers to drive revenue.
- Guide customers through the sales process with timely, accurate information.
- Collaborate with outside sales to cover service lines.
- Follow up on leads and provide quotes for Service Business Line.
- Demonstrate service products and benefits to clients.
