Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in technical writing, documentation, or reporting.
• Genuinely strong writing and editing skills.
• Comfort with documentation and reporting tools (Confluence, Word, and the like).

Responsibilities

• Support a mission that matters; document enterprise AI platform and data governance clearly.
• Write and maintain SOPs, user guides, knowledge base articles, and technical docs.
• Turn data into reports; build and format recurring reports for easy follow‑up.
• Make documentation accessible by following 508 and plain-language standards.
• Keep the source of truth tidy by organizing documentation so knowledge isn’t stuck in someone’s head.
