Job summary

IntegrityM is seeking a Technical Writer to gather requirements, translate them into precise documentation, and deliver flowcharts, reports, and dashboards. You will document metadata usage, map business processes, and guide teammates while ensuring high-quality outputs for healthcare compliance projects.

The role requires strong writing skills, SDLC familiarity, and experience with data warehousing. Remote work within the United States is supported with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Technical Writing, CS or IT.
• Proven experience as a technical writer or similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in documentation tools (Word, Visio, Jira, Confluence, etc.).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Familiarity with the SDLC and healthcare industry, Medicare/Medicaid.
• Experience with data warehousing and metadata management.
• Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid fraud, waste and abuse or program integrity.

Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and translate into technical docs.
• Create requirements documentation, flowcharts, and dashboards.
• Document metadata usage and data lineage.
• Map business processes and suggest solutions.
• Guide junior team members and provide exceptional service to customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand product and documentation needs.
