gaiia is building a fully remote platform for telecom providers, and we are hiring our first dedicated Technical Recruiter. You will own end-to-end recruitment for critical engineering roles, pairing with the CEO and engineering leaders to shape the candidate profile and push for fast, high-quality hires.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of technical recruiting experience.
• Proven experience filling niche, hard-to-fill technical roles.
• Boolean search expertise; comfortable reviewing 50–100 profiles in a session.
• Direct sourcing strength; avoid reliance on inbound applicants or agencies.
• Experience closing candidates and negotiating offers.
• Familiarity with networking, telecom, and infrastructure spaces; recognize signal words like ISP, OSS/BSS, MPLS, provisioning, and TypeScript.

Aufgaben

• Own full-cycle recruiting for the Forward Deployed Engineer and Data Migration roles, then expand to broader engineering hiring.
• Build and refine Boolean search strategies in LinkedIn Recruiter; source via GitHub, networking and telco communities, and referrals.
• Screen profiles at high volume and run initial phone screens with fast, disciplined yes/no calls.
• Assess candidates on networking depth, TypeScript/JavaScript, curiosity about modern tooling (AI tools, n8n, Zapier).
• Coordinate scheduling across interview processes.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and maintain high communication standards.
• Confirm work authorization early and flag AI-generated or fraudulent resumes.
• Collaborate with CEO and engineering leaders to sharpen the ideal candidate profile from feedback.
• Set up Rippling workflows and report funnel metrics to leadership.
• Negotiate and close offers with market-calibrated compensation.
