Job summary

Community Phone Company is seeking a founding-level Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting across GTM, engineering/product, and operations. You’ll build the operating system for hiring—ATS, interview loops, scorecards—and partner with the CEO/COO on role scoping and hiring bar.

This is a foundational role with potential to scale as the company grows and you’ll report to the COO. You’ll start as an IC, closing gaps yourself, with the opportunity to build and lead a recruiting team as the company

Qualifications

• Independent, evidence-based candidate judgment during evaluation.
• Experience sourcing and evaluating candidates across multiple functions.
• Ability to build, refine, and implement hiring processes from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across GTM, engineering/product, and operations.
• Develop the recruiting operating system: ATS, interview loops, and scorecards.
• Partner with CEO/COO and hiring managers on role scoping and hiring bar.
• Create meaningful hiring metrics to inform decisions beyond vanity metrics.
• Enhance candidate experience and employer branding.
