Qualifications

• Significant experience with highly cleared national security sourcing.
• 5+ years of corporate recruiting experience.
• Tech background is strongly preferred.
• Ability to work in an ambiguous environment at a very fast pace.
• Experience hiring highly technical and highly cleared candidates quickly.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a gold standard experience for candidates.
• Embrace cutting edge recruiting technology to source and attract top talent.
• Design and implement proactive sourcing strategies to deliver qualified candidates.
• Proactively drive the hiring process with clients and provide regular feedback on status.
• Communicate staffing availability to clients and recommend staffing plans.
