Qualifications

• Significant experience with highly cleared national security sourcing.
• 8+ years of corporate recruiting experience.
• Tech background is strongly preferred.
• Ability to work in an ambiguous environment at a fast pace.
• Experience hiring highly technical and highly cleared candidates.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a gold standard experience for candidates.
• Embrace cutting edge recruiting technology to source and attract top talent.
• Design and implement proactive sourcing strategies to deliver diverse, qualified candidates.
• Drive the hiring process with clients and provide regular feedback on status and challenges.
• Communicate skill set availability to clients and advise staffing plans for program success.
• Build networks and social connections to attract candidates.
• Consult with leaders during intake meetings to attract the appropriate candidate pool.
• Partner with HR and Workforce Strategy to meet metrics and drive process improvements.
• Create compelling job descriptions and coordinate scheduling with Coordinators.
• Coach management on staffing process and compliance with Corporate Policy and laws.
