Job summary

Systech Federal LLC is seeking a driven Technical Recruiter for a 3-month temporary contract to drive full life-cycle recruiting for cleared technical roles supporting federal primes and subcontractors. This fully remote position offers a fast-paced, mission-driven work environment.

You will source candidates, screen for security clearances (Secret, Top Secret/SCI), coordinate interviews, and partner with delivery managers to meet requisition needs during the engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience in full life-cycle recruitment for cleared technical roles.
• Ability to source both passive and active candidates.
• Familiarity with Secret, Top Secret/SCI, and Full Scope Polygraph clearances.

Responsibilities

• Drive full life-cycle recruitment for cleared technical roles.
• Source passive and active cleared candidates using databases, networks, boards, and referrals.
• Screen candidates for technical qualifications, cultural fit, compensation and clearance eligibility.
• Partner with leadership and delivery managers to understand requisitions and align candidates to labor categories.
• Format resumes to contract submission standards and submit profiles for review.
• Facilitate interviews, candidate communications, offers and salary negotiations.
