Talkspace is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to own end-to-end recruitment for Engineering, Data, Product, and AI/ML roles. You will source, engage, and close candidates while partnering with hiring managers to define roles, timelines, and compensation.

This remote role emphasizes thoughtful sourcing, candidate experience, and strategic talent acquisition across the organization. You will collaborate with the People Team to improve processes, leverage data, and build strong

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, in-house or agency.
• Experience recruiting for technical roles including Engineering, Data, Product, and AI/ML.
• Startup experience preferred; fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Proven experience sourcing passive candidates and filling hard-to-fill roles.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers on intake, profiles, sourcing strategy, timelines, and compensation.

Responsibilities

• Own the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles from intake to offer.
• Develop and execute thoughtful sourcing strategies with focus on passive talent.
• Build relationships with candidates and ensure a responsive, positive experience.
• Serve as a strategic lead with recruiting and People Team on administrative needs.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to align role scope, leveling, and timing.
