• Demonstrated experience running full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer acceptance.
• Expert sourcing abilities proficient in GitHub, Google Scholar, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and signal-based identification of niche technical profiles.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full recruitment cycle for technical roles.
• Build creative sourcing approaches to uncover high-potential candidates.
• Partner directly with hiring managers to shape interviews and ensure a world-class candidate experience.
