Eliassen Group is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to support Technology and Product hiring teams in a fast-paced, remote contract role. You will emphasize sourcing, resume evaluation, and quick pre-screens for high‑priority full‑time technical roles while using Workday ATS.

You'll manage approximately 18 high‑priority tech roles within a 40+ requisition environment, collaborating with hiring managers to ensure timely communication and efficient screening.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of recruiting or sourcing experience, ideally focused on Technology and Product roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage a requisition load focused on approximately 18 high‑priority Technology and Product roles within a larger environment of 40+ requisitions.
• Execute proactive sourcing strategies across multiple channels to identify qualified technical candidates.
• Conduct quick, structured pre‑screen interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and alignment to role requirements.
• Review and evaluate resumes for technical fit and communicate recommendations to hiring teams.
• Administer and coordinate the Cultural Index as part of screening.
• Maintain candidate activity and status updates within Workday ATS.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure timely movement and communication throughout the recruiting process.
• Support basic administrative tasks related to contractor hiring as needed.
