Job summary

FST Technical Services is seeking an experienced Recruiter to manage the full lifecycle for technical and engineering roles on high-tech manufacturing projects across North America. This remote position emphasizes relationship-building and strategic sourcing to fill hard-to-fill roles.

You will partner with hiring managers, source top talent, screen and interview candidates, and coordinate offers, onboarding, and background checks while maintaining strong candidate experience and robust ATS

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience recruiting technical, engineering, construction, industrial, manufacturing, or skilled-trades professionals.
• Experience filling hard-to-fill roles.
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms.
• Experience managing multiple open requisitions simultaneously.
• Excellent interviewing, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with hiring managers and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical and engineering positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Source passive and active candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and networks.
• Screen and interview candidates to evaluate qualifications and fit.
• Present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain timely communication.
• Prepare and extend employment offers and assist with negotiations.
• Coordinate background checks and pre-employment requirements.
• Support onboarding and ensure a smooth transition.
• Maintain recruiting activity in the ATS.
• Build talent pipelines and monitor requisition status.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and candidate experience.
