Job summary

FST Technical Services is seeking a Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and engineering roles across the United States. You will partner with hiring managers, source active and passive candidates, and lead interviews to ensure top talent alignment.

The role emphasizes building strong candidate relationships, efficient onboarding, and process improvement within a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Fully remote within the U.S. with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience recruiting technical, engineering, construction, industrial, manufacturing, or skilled-trades professionals.
• Experience filling hard-to-fill roles.
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting platforms.
• Experience managing multiple open requisitions simultaneously.
• Excellent interviewing, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with hiring managers and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical and engineering positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Source passive and active candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
• Screen and interview candidates to evaluate technical qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication throughout the hiring process.
• Prepare and extend employment offers while assisting with negotiations and candidate acceptance.
• Coordinate background checks, drug screens, employment verification, and pre-employment requirements.
• Support new hire onboarding activities and ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
• Maintain accurate recruiting activity within the ATS.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
• Monitor recruiting metrics, hiring progress, and requisition status.
• Help identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and candidate experience.
