FST Technical Services is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to support commissioning engineering staffing for mission-critical facilities and hyperscale data centers across the United States. The role focuses on identifying, engaging, and hiring engineers with hands-on commissioning, startup, and testing experience.

You will own searches from strategy to offer, partnering with recruitment leadership and project teams to build strong talent pipelines nationwide.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical recruiting experience within engineering and data center environments.
• Experience recruiting commissioning, startup, testing, and turnover of complex electrical and mechanical systems.

Responsabilités

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for commissioning engineering roles from entry to leadership levels.
• Source Electrical and Mechanical Commissioning Engineers and related roles.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill commissioning positions.
• Proactively identify passive candidates and build pipelines for current and future projects.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data in the ATS and provide regular updates to leadership.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and project teams to align hiring with project needs.
