Job summary

Rippling is seeking a Technical Recruiter (Contract) to build world-class engineering teams. You will run full-cycle searches for Senior and Staff+ roles, develop pipelines from day one, and guide candidates through a transparent interview process.

You will partner with engineering leaders, shape role requirements, and implement data-driven sourcing to find high-impact engineers, including those not actively seeking roles. This is a remote contract position in the United States.

Qualifications

• 5+ years recruiting in hyper-growth tech or similarly fast-paced environments.
• 3+ years hiring Senior & Staff+ engineering talent across multiple teams or domains.
• Proven track record building pipelines for highly specialized and hard-to-fill engineering roles.
• Full-cycle ownership: source, engage, screen, and close candidates end-to-end.
• Strong partnership skills with engineering leaders who trust your judgment and insights.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity, staying organized, adaptable as priorities evolve.
• High attention to detail and clear communication.
• Tech-forward mindset leveraging modern recruiting tools and AI to increase impact.

Responsibilities

• Run full-cycle searches for Senior & Staff+ roles across Engineering, balancing speed with quality.
• Build strong pipelines from day one via outreach, market insight, and consistent engagement with top engineers.
• Guide candidates through the process to ensure a smooth, transparent experience from initial conversation to close.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, refine talent profiles, and build consistent interview processes.
• Use data-driven sourcing strategies to find high-impact engineers, including those not actively looking.
• Strengthen Rippling's engineering talent brand to attract world-class builders.
