Job summary

Cloaked is seeking a hands-on Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to scale our technical teams during a pivotal growth phase. You will own end-to-end recruiting for multiple disciplines, partnering with leaders to design scalable processes and improve candidate experiences.

You'll balance execution—sourcing, screening, and closing—with strategic collaboration to align roles, expectations, and compensation in a fast-moving startup environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in technical recruiting in high-growth or startup environments
• Proven track record of hiring across multiple disciplines and levels
• Strong sourcing skills and ability to engage and convert passive candidates
• Ability to partner effectively with technical stakeholders and influence hiring decisions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building processes from scratch

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical roles across levels
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates from outreach through offer
• Build and manage high-quality pipelines through sourcing, referrals, and outbound strategies
• Run intake meetings with hiring managers to align on scope, profile, and interview process
• Advise on market trends, candidate expectations, and compensation benchmarks
• Ensure alignment and momentum throughout the hiring process
• Lead offer strategy and execution with managers and leadership
• Navigate candidate motivations and close top talent in competitive markets
• Craft compelling offer packages including equity explanations
• Help define and improve interview processes, scorecards, and workflows
• Document playbooks and best practices for consistent hiring
• Identify bottlenecks and drive process improvements across recruiting
