Job summary

Addepar is seeking a Technical Recruiter to join our R&D & AI team on a 12-month project, fully remote in the United States. You will own full-cycle recruitment for complex R&D roles, partner with data-driven hiring managers, and build strong pipelines for AI initiatives.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree and proven success hiring for AI/ML roles in fast-moving environments, with the ability to communicate clearly, manage multiple stakeholders, and maintain a high-touch candidate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience recruiting for AI/ML roles in fast-paced environments.
• Proven track record in full-cycle recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment for RD roles with high-quality sourcing and screening.
• Partner with other RD recruiters to share req load and align process.
• Recruit for AI initiatives with targeted sourcing strategies.
• Use metrics and market insight to advise hiring managers on pipeline health.
• Develop multi-channel sourcing to engage passive AI talent.
• Lead calibration with hiring managers to refine requirements and interview bar.
• Identify funnel bottlenecks and maintain a high-touch candidate experience.
