Andromeda is seeking a hands-on technical recruiter to help build the team behind our next growth phase. You’ll own high-priority searches across engineering and AI infrastructure, collaborating with hiring managers from role definition through close.

This role requires creative sourcing, deep market mapping, and the ability to tell a credible Andromeda story to top candidates who may have other offers. Early contribution now can shape the recruiting function as we scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience competing for engineering talent.
• Experience in a fast-growing startup with changing priorities.
• Creative sourcing: map markets, outreach that earns responses, and experimentation.
• Strong judgement; partner with hiring managers; drive urgent decisions.
• Proven storytelling and closing ability in competitive hiring.

Responsibilities

• Run full-cycle recruiting for a focused set of high-priority roles from intake through close.
• Build targeted pipelines via original research, unconventional channels, referrals.
• Partner with hiring managers; run pipeline reviews and make tough calls together.
• Turn Andromeda’s work into a clear story; tailor pitch and lead the close.
• Maintain accurate recruiting data; iterate with AI to power a world-class process.
