You will identify passive and active talent, engage referrals, and be the first contact for future employees, while guiding interview panels and crafting compliant job descriptions. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines, partner with managers on strategic planning, and leverage data to drive hiring decisions.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, including 3+ years supporting technical or engineering hiring.
• 2+ years of experience supporting hiring and employment compliance within a regulated industry, government contractor environment, or complex corporate organization.
• Experience using Artificial Intelligence tools to simplify tasks.

• Identifying and engaging with passive and active talent, staying ahead of market trends, connecting with applicants and referrals, and being the first point of contact for future employees.
• Advising business leaders on best-in-industry hiring practices and training leaders and interviewers on quality interviews.
• Guiding stakeholders in crafting appealing and compliant job descriptions, structuring interview panels, facilitating debriefs, and securing quality hires.
• Building and engaging with talent pipelines.
• Partnering with hiring managers on all aspects of Talent Acquisition from strategic planning through onboarding.
