Initial success includes building a warm pipeline, closing multiple senior-level searches in 6–12 months, and acting as a trusted advisor across the portfolio’s leadership. The team is lean and moving fast.

• Autonomy and ability to work with senior leadership.
• Strong instinct for identifying high-value candidates.
