Cisco Systems, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Talent Advisor to lead full lifecycle recruiting for technical roles within a remote US environment.

You will engage passive and active candidates, advise leaders on interview practices, and build strong talent pipelines aligned with business goals. You will collaborate with hiring managers on job descriptions, interview panels, and onboarding while leveraging AI tools to increase efficiency.

Competenze

6+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, including 3+ years supporting technical or engineering hiring.
2+ years of experience supporting hiring and employment compliance within a regulated industry, government contractor environment, or complex corporate organization.
Experience using Artificial Intelligence tools to simplify tasks.

Mansioni

Identify and engage passive and active talent, staying ahead of market trends and being the first point of contact for future employees.
Advise business leaders on best-in-industry hiring practices and train leaders/interviewers on conducting quality interviews.
Guide stakeholders in crafting appealing and compliant job descriptions, structuring interview panels, and facilitating debriefs to secure quality hires.
Build and engage talent pipelines.
Partner with hiring managers on all aspects of Talent Acquisition from strategic planning to onboarding.
Develop business acumen and understand engineering work in relation to Cisco's long-term goals.
