Job summary

Culminating a rich recruiting practice, Cisco Systems seeks a dedicated Talent Advisor to lead full lifecycle recruitment for technical roles, aligning hiring with business objectives and market dynamics.

You will engage passive and active talent, coach leaders on interviewing standards, and build robust talent pipelines across engineering teams, while navigating compliance and immigration considerations.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, including 3+ years supporting technical or engineering hiring.
• 2+ years of experience supporting hiring and employment compliance within a regulated industry, government contractor environment, or complex corporate organization.
• Experience using Artificial Intelligence tools to simplify tasks.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage passive and active talent, stay ahead of market trends, connect with applicants and referrals, and be the first point of contact for future employees.
• Advise business leaders on best-in-industry hiring practices and train interviewers on conducting quality interviews.
• Guide stakeholders in crafting job descriptions, structuring interview panels, and securing quality hires.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines and partner with hiring managers on all aspects of Talent Acquisition.
