Job summary

Webbing is a global data MVNO delivering enterprise-grade connectivity and IoT services across 200+ countries and 600+ mobile carriers. The role leads core projects from definition through production, with accountability for scope, time, cost, quality, and risk.

You will report progress, facilitate change, and collaborate with stakeholders to secure buy-in. This hybrid position blends remote work with on-site client engagement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in tech or telecom sectors.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams on large-scale projects.
• Strong background in network and cellular technologies.
• Proven leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.
• Fluent English and Lithuanian, both written and spoken.
• Bachelor's/BSc in Engineering or related field; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and govern execution of core projects from definition to production.
• Be accountable for scope, time, cost, quality, change, risk, dependencies, and development.
• Submit deliverables and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Share status reports by gathering and summarizing information.
• Facilitate change requests and inform impacts on schedule and budget.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gain buy-in.
• Conduct post-project evaluation and identify lessons learned.
• Hybrid position: remote work and on-site at client’s location.
