Qualifications

• 2–4 years in administrative, operations, program coordination, or similar roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on administrative and program support to the Solutions team.
• Coordinate web requests end-to-end with clear plans, owners, and deadlines.
• Manage tools and applications (CMS, ClickUp, CRM) and troubleshoot routine issues.
• Track tasks, timelines, and dependencies; communicate status to stakeholders.
• Create and maintain process documents and runbooks for repeatable tasks.
