Job summary

Redtech seeks a Project Coordinator to keep the Web Experience team's work organized, on track, and moving forward. You will report to the Project Manager and support daily operations with producers, designers, developers, content creators, and marketing partners to ensure on-time delivery.

You will create project plans, coordinate multi-team deliverables in Asana/Jira, and help manage risks and blockers with a proactive, organized approach. Remote role with potential for extensions.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of project coordination or PM experience
• Strong proficiency in Asana, including project setup, timelines, and reporting
• Working knowledge of Jira for tracking development tickets
• Familiarity with website production lifecycle from design to launch
• Experience creating project plans across multiple teams and stakeholders
• Experience with Confluence, Smartsheet, or similar collaboration tools
• Nice to have cruise or travel industry experience
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and adapt to shifting priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication and status reporting
• Exceptional organization and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain project plans with scope, milestones, dependencies, and timelines
• Build and maintain projects in Asana with templates, defined tasks, owners, and due dates
• Gather requirements from stakeholders at kickoff
• Track resource capacity and flag conflicts to the PM
• Maintain the team intake process and route new requests appropriately
• Coordinate deliverables across web production, design, development, content, and marketing
• Monitor daily progress and manage upcoming and overdue tasks with precision
• Schedule working sessions, standups, and check-ins; capture decisions and actions
• Prepare status updates and reports for stakeholders
• Support Jira-based work with development and product teams, keeping timelines in sync
• Support daily operations and troubleshoot blockers as escalation paths
• Track launch readiness and ensure QA before go-live
• Maintain project documentation and process guides
• Recommend process improvements and new workflows to increase efficiency
