Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience or higher as specified in the posting.
• Experience in program management offices and supporting PMO functions is preferred.
• Clear understanding of IT lifecycle and SDLC documentation responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Track, monitor, and update status of program deliverables.
• Maintain library of PMO documents and project templates.
• Support business process analysis, mapping, and reporting.
• Translate business processes into workflows and dashboards.
• Maintain IT lifecycle documentation for Waterfall and Agile.
• Define and maintain engineering artifacts and oversee SDLC reviews.
