Job summary

GovCIO is seeking a Technical Project Analyst to support a Technical Program Manager on a fast-paced federal technology program. The role emphasizes tracking, reporting, and proactive risk management in a fully remote setting within the United States.

You will maintain trackers, coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors, and produce clear status updates and executive materials for leadership review.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 8+ years in program coordination or PMO support.
• Experience translating technical discussions into clear actions and deliverables.
• Familiarity with IT delivery concepts (Agile/SDLC) and Microsoft 365 tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain program trackers, action/deliverable logs, risks/issues, and schedules.
• Coordinate across internal teams and subcontractors to close items on time.
• Prepare status reports, presentations, and executive materials for reviews.
