Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to drive cross-functional programs for Enterprise Business Systems and FinTech. You will lead Agile delivery, navigate complex technical topics, and align with business objectives while managing stakeholders and architectural standards.

The role requires 7+ years in software development, strong NetSuite know-how, and a proven track record in program management. This is a remote, W2 contract with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in software development, with TPM focus.
• Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or similar role.
• Strong NetSuite experience.
• Experience leading Agile ceremonies as Scrum Master.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in CS or engineering.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Scrum Master and facilitate Agile ceremonies.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and maintain the team roadmap aligned to business objectives.
• Manage stakeholder relationships with transparent communication.
• Maintain organization, attention to detail, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Identify risks and drive continuous improvement.
• Support process, tool, and methodology improvements to enhance performance.
