Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Technical Program Manager for the Enterprise Business Systems team. This remote contract role focuses on Agile delivery, stakeholder management, and complex cross-functional programs centered on business applications and FinTech.

The role requires strong technical leadership, experience with NetSuite, and the ability to navigate both detailed technical topics and high-level strategy.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in software development, preferably FinTech.
• Proven program management across all phases from kickoff to delivery.
• Strong NetSuite experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Certified PMP, CSM or equivalent is a plus.
• BA/BS in Computer Science or related engineering field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Scrum Master and facilitate Agile ceremonies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
• Develop, own, and maintain the team roadmap aligned to business objectives.
• Manage stakeholder relationships with transparent communication and collaboration.
• Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail.
• Multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Identify and mitigate risks proactively while driving continuous improvement.
• Support process, tool, and methodology improvements to enhance team performance.
