Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager for the Enterprise Business Systems team. This remote, contract role focuses on cross-functional programs in business applications and FinTech, guiding Agile delivery and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or similar in software development, FinTech preferred.
• Strong Agile experience and ability to lead ceremonies as Scrum Master.
• Experience managing cross-functional programs and stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Scrum Master and facilitate Agile ceremonies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
• Develop and maintain the team roadmap aligned to business objectives.
• Manage stakeholder relationships with clear, collaborative communication.
• Maintain high organization and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Prioritize tasks and multitask effectively to meet deadlines.
• Identify and mitigate risks and drive continuous improvement.
• Support process, tool, and methodology improvements to enhance team performance.
