Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Technical Program Manager for the Enterprise Business Systems team. This remote, contract role leads cross-functional programs focused on business applications and FinTech, driving Agile delivery and stakeholder alignment.

You will navigate technical topics and high-level strategy, anticipate issues, and uphold high standards for architecture while representing the customer. Eligible for W2 benefits including medical/dental/vision, 401k matching, and life insurance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience in the software development industry, preferably within FinTech or Enterprise Business Systems.
• Strong NetSuite experience.
• Track record of program management across all phases from kickoff through delivery.
• Certifications such as PMP, CSM, or equivalent are a plus.
• BA/BS in Computer Science or related engineering field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Scrum Master and facilitate Agile ceremonies while ensuring adherence to Agile principles and practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
• Develop, own, and maintain the team roadmap aligned to business objectives.
• Manage stakeholder relationships with transparent communication and collaboration.
• Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail.
• Multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Identify and mitigate risks proactively while driving continuous improvement.
• Support process, tool, and methodology improvements to enhance team performance.
