Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager for the Enterprise Business Systems team. This remote, contract role leads cross-functional programs focused on business applications and FinTech, driving Agile delivery and stakeholder alignment.

You will navigate technical topics and strategy, uphold architecture standards, and represent the customer while coordinating with multiple teams. W2 benefits apply.

Qualifications

7+ years of software development experience, FinTech or Enterprise Business Systems preferred.
Strong NetSuite experience.
PM/CS certifications such as PMP or CSM are a plus.

Responsibilities

Serve as Scrum Master and facilitate Agile ceremonies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
Develop, own, and maintain the team roadmap aligned to business objectives.
Manage stakeholder relationships with transparent communication.
Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail.
Multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Identify and mitigate risks and drive continuous improvement.
Support process, tool, and methodology improvements to enhance team performance.
