Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Technical Program Manager for the Enterprise Business Systems team. The role leads cross-functional programs focused on business applications and FinTech, driving Agile delivery and stakeholder management to meet business objectives.

You’ll navigate detailed technical topics and strategy, mentor teams, and represent the customer while coordinating with multiple departments. This is a remote W2 contract role with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in software development/PM roles.
• NetSuite experience.
• PM certifications (PMP, CSM) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Scrum Master and facilitate Agile ceremonies.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
• Own and maintain the team roadmap aligned to business objectives.
• Manage stakeholder relationships with transparent communication.
• Maintain high organization and attention to detail.
• Multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Identify and mitigate risks proactively.
• Support process, tool, and methodology improvements to enhance team performance.
