Job summary

Reddit is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to join the Ads TPM team within the Tech PMO, leading cross-functional programs across multiple engineering teams in the Ads Monetization space. You will partner with engineering leaders to evaluate prioritization, tradeoffs and risks, driving programs to successful completion.

This role emphasizes execution, process improvement, mentorship, and delivering measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of combined engineering and program management experience, with at least 4 years in digital ads platforms or ads monetization.
• Strong communication and influencing skills.
• Ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization and maintain a proactive, curious mindset.
