Reddit, Inc. is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to join the Ads TPM team within the Tech PMO. You will own and drive technical programs in the Ads Monetization engineering space, coordinating across multiple engineering teams.

You will collaborate with engineering leaders to evaluate prioritization, tradeoffs and risks, and help teams deliver high-impact programs that scale.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in engineering and program management, with at least 4 years focused on digital ads platforms or ads monetization.
• Strong communication and influencing skills.
• A team player mentality with ability to work collaboratively across all levels of the organization.
• Proactive and curious by nature; creative with problem solving.
• Pragmatic; iterative approach to developing processes and systems.
• Technical depth and judgment; analytical thinking with large-scale systems.
