Reddit, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Manager, Technical Solutions in Los Angeles to lead a high-impact team responsible for validating system reliability and resolving complex blockers in ad tech configurations.

You will guide technical execution for Reddit’s largest advertiser initiatives and drive feedback loops into Product and Engineering. The role requires 8+ years in technical support, 3+ years of people leadership, and deep ad-tech knowledge, with in-person work 1-2 days per week at our LA

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a technical support or equivalent role.
• 3+ years in a people management role leading technical ICs.
• Solid understanding of ad tech ecosystems and signal technologies.
• Experience using AI tools or ML workflows to optimize troubleshooting or scale teams.
• Proficient in debugging, data analysis, and diagnostics of complex systems.
• Experience with data platforms and visualization tools (Hex/Tableau/Looker/Sense).
• Strong collaboration across product, engineering, and sales teams.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a team of Technical Solutions Managers with strategic direction.
• Oversee ads signals enablement and ensure high-quality integration of measurement products.
• Drive broad technical initiatives with cross-functional participation to remove blockers.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to enable revenue growth.
• Lead advanced diagnostic procedures to troubleshoot client challenges and meet SLAs.
• Relay advertiser insights and gaps to shape product development and GTM strategies.
• Implement processes/tools to increase team bandwidth and scale support models.
• Share strategic themes and metrics with leadership on a regular basis.
