Job summary

Reddit is seeking a dynamic Manager, Technical Solutions to scale a high-impact team responsible for validating system reliability and resolving complex blockers across ad tech configurations.

You will guide technical execution for the largest advertiser initiatives, drive operational readiness, and ensure advertiser success through robust signal enablement and analytics. Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in a technical support role or similar.
• 3+ years in a people management role leading technical ICs.
• Strong foundational understanding of ad tech ecosystems and signal technologies, including direct experience with pixel implementation and conversions API setups.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with a proven track record of influencing product, engineering, and sales teams.
• BA / BS degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Technical Solutions Managers to validate system reliability and resolve complex blockers.
• Guide technical execution for Reddit’s largest advertiser initiatives and drive operational readiness.
• Oversee ads signals enablement and ensure correct integration of measurement products (pixels and conversions API).
• Drive strategic initiatives across cross-functional teams and communicate advertiser insights to shape product and GTM strategies.
• Remove technical obstacles by partnering with Sales, Product, and Engineering leads to support revenue growth.
• Execute advanced diagnostic procedures to troubleshoot client challenges and meet SLAs.
• Share strategic themes and metrics with leadership and scale support models.
