GovCIO is seeking a Technical Product Manager to oversee the full software development lifecycle for VA Office of Connected Care products. This fully remote role is based in the United States and requires coordinating with cross-functional teams to define roadmaps, manage backlogs, and ensure quality releases.

You will lead strategy, planning, and discovery efforts, and drive execution across engineering, design, data, QA, and operations while maintaining KPIs and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience or commensurate experience.
• 6+ years applying product or project management in healthcare/technical settings.
• Experience managing product from requirements through testing and release.
• Experience building products or complex features from ground up.
• Strong presentation skills for leadership communication.
• Proficient in Agile project management methods and tools.
• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s or certifications (PMP/ITIL/SAFe) preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee full software development lifecycle for assigned products.
• Facilitate strategy and prioritization discussions.
• Translate vision into detailed action plans and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data, QA, and ops teams.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and reviews with teams.
• Maintain cross-functional communication and unblock blockers.
• Partner with data teams to analyze usage and KPIs.
• Apply agile best practices to improve velocity and execution.
• Coordinate discovery and define requirements for users.
• Manage multiple projects with planning, risk, and reporting.
