Job summary

GovCIO is seeking aTechnical Product Manager to oversee the full software development lifecycle for assigned products in support of the VA Office of Connected Care. This fully remote role is within the United States.

The candidate will lead cross-functional teams, translate vision into action, maintain roadmaps, and ensure delivery quality while aligning with customer needs and strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of product/project management in healthcare/technical environments.
• Experience managing a product or suite from requirements through testing and release.
• Built products or complex features from the ground up with incremental delivery.
• Excellent presentation skills for executive leadership and stakeholders.
• Strong in Agile project management and Jira proficiency.
• Bachelor's and preferably Master's and/or certifications (PMP, ITIL, SAFe).

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full software development lifecycle for assigned products.
• Facilitate strategy and prioritization discussions with stakeholders.
• Translate vision into detailed action plans and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data, QA and operations teams.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews and retrospectives.
• Communicate across cross-functional teams to remove blockers and align.
• Analyze product usage with data teams and define KPIs.
• Foster agile practices and drive delivery discipline.
• Coordinate discovery and define clear user-focused requirements.
• Manage multiple projects with risk management, training and reporting.
