Job summary

GovCIO is seeking a Technical Product Manager to oversee the full software development lifecycle for VA Office of Connected Care products. This fully remote role is U.S.-based and requires leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact healthcare software solutions.

You will drive strategy, manage the roadmap, and coordinate with engineering, data, and operations while maintaining alignment with stakeholders and executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience in product and/or project management in healthcare/technical environments.
• Experience managing products from requirements through testing and production release cycle.
• Strong presentation skills for executive leadership and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full software development lifecycle for assigned product(s).
• Facilitate strategy and prioritization discussions and transform vision into action plans.
• Build and maintain the product roadmap and align with customer needs and stakeholder input.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data, QA and operations to ensure quality and delivery.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives with development teams.
