Job summary

GovCIO is seeking a Technical Product Manager for the VA Office of Connected Care. This fully remote role within the United States oversees the complete software development lifecycle for assigned products, collaborating with engineering, design, data, QA and operations teams to ensure quality and timely delivery.

You will drive strategy, prioritization, and roadmaps, transform vision into action plans, and lead cross-functional meetings to remove blockers while aligning with stakeholder goals

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in product or project management in healthcare/technical environments.
• Experience managing products from requirements through testing and production release.
• Ability to present to executives and build effective slide decks.
• Strong agile project management knowledge and practices.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and Jira.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full software development lifecycle for assigned products.
• Guide strategy and prioritization discussions and translate vision into actionable plans.
• Build and maintain product roadmaps aligned with customer needs and feasibility.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data, QA and operations to ensure quality and delivery.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, and reviews with development teams.
• Foster agile best practices and improve team velocity.
• Coordinate discovery, define clear requirements, and manage multiple projects.
• Communicate progress across cross-functional teams and manage blockers.
