GovCIO is seeking a Technical Product Manager to shepherd software products through the full lifecycle in support of federal health IT initiatives. This fully remote role accepts candidates within the United States and emphasizes agile practices, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic roadmap ownership.

You will drive strategy, engage with engineering, design, data, QA, and operations, and lead sprint ceremonies to maximize velocity and quality while delivering measurable KPIs.

Formación

• Bachelor's with 8+ years (or commensurate experience).
• 6+ years applying product and/or project management principles in healthcare/technical environments.
• Manage a product or suite from requirements gathering through testing and production release.
• Built products or complex feature sets from the ground up to deliver on goals.
• Excellent presentation skills to communicate with executive leadership.
• Strong in Agile Project Management methodologies and procedures.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Jira.
• Bachelor’s degree, and preferably a master’s and/or certifications (PMP, ITIL, SAFe).

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full software development lifecycle for assigned product(s).
• Facilitate strategy and prioritization discussions.
• Transform high-level vision into detailed action plans.
• Build and maintain the product roadmap with stakeholder input.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data, QA and operations to ensure quality and delivery.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, and review sessions with development teams.
• Ensure cross-functional communication to remove blockers and track progress.
• Partner with data teams to analyze usage, optimize UX, and define KPIs.
• Foster agile best practices and improve team velocity.
• Coordinate discovery to establish clear requirements meeting user needs.
• Manage multiple projects with planning, risk management and reporting.
• Lead dynamic meetings with cross-functional teams to meet objectives.
• Advise clients on solution options to achieve objectives.
• Work with strategic delivery partners, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Coordinate efforts across teams through frequent communication.
