Job summary

You will gather requirements, stay current with Sage Intacct modules, design implementations, and drive on-time, on-budget delivery while coordinating with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, MIS or computer science.
• 5+ years' experience consulting and implementing Sage Intacct, ERP/financial applications, or other SaaS solutions.
• Experience communicating with customers/end users and technical staff on system issues.
• Ability to deploy advanced business analytics to translate requirements into solutions.
• Experience assessing client requirements across various business processes.
• Programming/coding experience is a plus for translating requirements into solutions.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) is helpful for data mapping and migration.
• Experience with Sage Intacct is a differentiator.
• Strong leadership, project management, organizational and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple customers to design and support software solutions with high customer satisfaction.
• Gather requirements with client stakeholders and translate into deliverables.
• Maintain knowledge of Sage Intacct core and advanced modules and new features.
• Define rollouts of integrated solutions based on customer processes and best practices.
• Develop project plans and ensure on-time delivery and budget adherence.
• Train customer end-users and map system functionality to business needs.
• Document requirements into software solutions and business processes per BT best practices.
• Respond to customer technical issues related to implementations.
• Collaborate with Professional Services, Sales, Support, Marketing and Customer Success.
• Deliver clear, concise communications and high-quality service.
• Contribute to deployment knowledge base and improve tools and repeatability.
• Serve as escalation point for project issues.
• Mentor team members and foster Baker Tilly Care and Teach culture.
