Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, MIS or computer science.
• 5+ years consulting or implementing Sage Intacct or other SaaS solutions.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Ability to communicate with customers and technical staff on system issues.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with developers, PMs and customers to translate requirements into software solutions.
• Manage multiple customers to design and support software development with high satisfaction.
• Contribute to deployment of Sage Intacct integrations and related processes.
• Develop project plans and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Provide training and ongoing support to customers.
